With 25+ years orchestrating complex events—beginning his career in Philadelphia and New York before mastering South Florida’s luxury market—Steve ensures flawless execution for 500+ annual celebrations. He personally coordinates all vendor logistics, manages timelines, and oversees on-site operations. His direct involvement and immediate problem-solving approach means clients experience seamless events without stress or complications.

DANIEL ALVAREZ

Chef Daniel brings a unique culinary heritage, with Swiss and Italian lineage shaping his approach to fine dining. His expertise was refined across Europe’s finest kitchens—from Belgium to Geneva’s prestigious restaurants, and his family’s regions in Northern Italy’s Padova. A CIA graduate with Michelin-star training, Daniel personally crafts each menu and trains every chef, ensuring Hughes delivers restaurant-quality cuisine at event scale.
