Hugh’s Culinary Kids Summer Camp offers a fun and hands-on day camp which focuses on instruction in small groups.  We feature week long sessions that include all aspects of the culinary arts in a fun and safe atmosphere.  There are many opportunities for our young chefs to learn basic to advanced cooking, baking and confectionery techniques and bring home a piece of the fun to share!

Our diverse and professional staff is selected from a variety of culinary backgrounds to offer inspiration and encouragement.

 

All campers will receive a personalized apron & illustrated cookbook.  Our young chefs will prepare their own lunches and afternoon snacks daily. Each session concludes with a 4-course graduation dinner ceremony, prepared and presented by campers to family and friends, showcasing their newly acquired skills. We look forward to an exciting camp session this summer!

AGES 8-16 YEARS

SESSION A: June 17th – 21st

SESSION B: June 24th– 28th

SESSION C: July 15th – 19th

SESSION D (ADVANCED COURSE, Ages 12+): July 22nd– 26th

 

Weekly Camp Dues:

Camper Dues- $650/week *includes personalized apron

Advanced Week- $750/week *includes personalized apron

 

Sample Camp Day:

10:00 AM – Camper check-in, craft table open for decorating chef coats/hats

10:30 AM – Guest from sustainable organic farm teaches ‘All about herbs’

11:00 AM – Prepare lunch entrée: Ricotta & Spinach Stuffed Shells

11:30 AM – Guest chef demonstration of Ricotta Cheese

12:30 PM – Lunch Time!  Bon Appetite!

1:30 PM – Choose Theme for Graduation Dinner!

2:00 PM – Baking Activity: Blueberry Crumb Cake to take home

3:30 PM – Snack Activity: Take Home Guacamole

4:00 PM – Pick up
