For a less competitive team building event, our cooking experiences and hands-on classes are designed to have your guests prepare the evenings meal in a fun and friendly setting.

We start off with a welcome reception, where guests enjoy a fully stocked bar & cocktail hors d’oeuvres. After 30-45 minutes, chefs will invite guests into the kitchen where they will divide into groups to prepare a specific element of the meal. Raw ingredients will be provided as well as step-by-step chef instruction on how to prepare each dish. After dinner is prepared, it is arranged buffet-style in our performance kitchen and enjoyed by the group as a whole. Following dinner, Hugh’s chefs will prepare or demonstrate a specialty dessert.
